We have been focused on a partnership strategy in these areas to reduce our need for CAPEX financing. These strategic partnership discussions are in process, and we expect continual announcements in this regard.

Homerun is quickly driving towards revenues. Revenues will depend on delivering HPQ sand in various forms to service organizations, while we pursue R&D for a competitive edge in HPQ Silica verticals related to the Energy Transition, either independently or through partnerships
