Brian Leeners recebeu seu B.Comm. e LL.B. formou-se na University of British Columbia em 1992 e desde então tem se concentrado na gestão de empresas de capital de risco privadas e públicas. Em 2002, fundou a Nexvu Capital Corp., uma empresa de capital de risco focada no desenvolvimento de empresas nos setores de materiais e tecnologia. Nexvu fornece estratégia prática de desenvolvimento de negócios e experiência para empresas em fase inicial e de crescimento. Focado em empresas privadas e públicas, o Nexvu também isola a gestão operacional do processo de empresa pública e proporciona economias de escala nas áreas regulatória/jurídica, contábil/auditoria e relações com investidores. Desde a sua formação em 2002, a Nexvu tem sido diretamente responsável pela captação de mais de 100 milhões de dólares para transações da Nexvu (sem incluir quaisquer volumes de compra no mercado público).
Antionio possui vasta experiência em gerenciamento de projetos em grandes corporações, incluindo Transpetro, PwC, Shell, além de 10 anos de experiência em mineração. Esteve envolvido nos projetos de mineração Zumbi Mineração Grafite de veio, AMA Gold, Hawking Graphite, 3 S Rare Earths e Copper, Palmeres Rare Earths. É formado em Administração de Empresas e possui MBA. É Membro do IBGC.
Armando Farhate, a Brazilian citizen, has more than 36 years of industry experience, with the last 14 years being in the mining sector. He has occupied C-Level and Upper Management positions in mining companies in Brazil, Canada, Namibia and Botswana and is currently a Director on the Board for three Canadian mining and exploration companies. He brings extensive experience in all areas of this industry segment, with special focus on Operations, Sales & Marketing, Engineering and Mineral Resource Development.

Dr. Mauro Cesar Terence – Graduation in Chemistry from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie (1994), Masters in Nuclear Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (1996), Doctorate in Nuclear Engineering from Universidade de São Paulo (2002). Experienced in Material and Metallurgical Engineering, in the following subjects: Advanced Materials, Nano Materials, Biomaterials, Ceramics, Blends and Polymers.

Nancy Zhao tem mais de nove anos de experiência trabalhando com empresas públicas, inclusive tendo atuado como CFO de diversas entidades de capital aberto e contribuindo com sua perspicácia financeira para organizações como First Hydrogen Corp (TSXV-FHYD) e Neo Battery Materials Ltd (TSXV-NBM). A Sra. Zhao é atualmente membro do conselho da First Hydrogen Corp.
Hugh Callaghan passou vários anos na Rio Tinto plc e na Xstrata em funções de gestão corporativa que incluíram atribuições nas operações de Escondida, Kennecott Copper e Mt Isa. Posteriormente, fundou ou administrou diversas empresas juniores com ativos na América Latina e construiu minas no Chile e no México. Hugh é atualmente Diretor de Operações da EV Resources Limited listada na ASX, que investe em projetos de cobre no Peru. Ele tem um longo histórico de gestão corporativa que inclui experiência em desenvolvimento de negócios, marketing e logística e desenvolvimento de projetos.
Diretor J. Lewis Dillman tem mais de 20 anos de experiência na gestão, financiamento e operação bem-sucedida de empresas públicas e privadas de petróleo e gás. Dillman angariou financiamento para inúmeras empresas de energia na América do Norte e promoveu projetos de petróleo e gás na China, Indonésia e Tunísia. Ele tem amplos contatos na indústria de petróleo e gás e capta ativamente fundos para negócios de energia nos mercados de capitais. O Sr. Dillman possui mestrado em Assuntos Internacionais pela Universidade de Columbia, em Nova York, EUA, com especialização em bancos e finanças internacionais.

Tom’s expertise in raising capital and scaling innovative energy technologies aligns with Homerun’s mission to revolutionize green energy solutions through advanced silica, photovoltaic and energy storage technologies.
With more than 30 years of leadership experience across the finance, mining, communications, and public affairs sectors, Stephen brings a proven track record of strategic execution and organizational growth. For nearly two decades, Stephen has been a key figure in the mining exploration industry, guiding companies through complex regulatory environments and capital markets while advancing exploration initiatives.
Development of solar glass plant + purification plant
Mr. Odir Julio Pedrazzi Junior, is a seasoned engineer with
specialization in glass processing from the University of Glass in
Paris, and MBA’s in Strategic Planning and Business
Management. Mr. Pedrazzi has 37 years of experience in the glass segment, having occupied the position of Director of Operations and Industrial Manager at several major players in the Brazilian glass sector, having successfully led the implementation of complete glass plants and furnaces. He also acted as a Director on the Board at one of the largest glass industrials in Brazil.
Business development for solar glass + purification plant
Mr. Joel Rovaris Ferrari, is an experienced industrial manager in the sectors of solar energy, ceramics and industrial chemistry.
He graduated with a degree in Ceramics Technology and has an MBA in Personnel Management, Business Administration and
Marketing Management. He is also attending further
specialization in Materials Engineering and Production
Engineering. Mr. Ferari has more than 25 years of experience including implementation of zero-base industrial projects, with
particular focus on developing the supply chain logistics and staffing. Such projects have included a solar panel assembly plant and porcelain / ceramic tile plants in the Northeast region
of Brazil.
Jiri Skopek is an architect, smart community planner, and leader in smart and sustainable development whose work has shaped buildings, communities, and national standards for more than three decades. As Managing Director of Sustainability at JLL, he advised corporate clients on greening large portfolios and led the smart-building transformation of federal buildings, a landmark deployment of analytics-driven operations in government real estate.
Dr. Luca Sorbello joined Halocell in 2009 as technical manager, first managing the research projects in Italy and then as sales and marketing manager for the group with a global market responsibility. He then added the responsibilities of Halocell Europe CEO and Halocell Energy board member . Luca has a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Leeds University, a master’s degree in business administration from Tor Vergata university and a Doctorate from Tor Vergata in the field of industrial management. He was also appointed as adjunct professor at Tor Vergata university and Malta university teaching various subjects in masters and undergraduate courses. He has also held different research positions on several themes concerning technology and energy. He is author of several scientific articles and books.
