A varia\u00e7\u00e3o h\u00e1bil dessas condi\u00e7\u00f5es produz v\u00e1rias caracter\u00edsticas topogr\u00e1ficas (como cones e ondula\u00e7\u00f5es) e mudan\u00e7as microestruturais (incluindo recombina\u00e7\u00e3o, oxida\u00e7\u00e3o e amorfiza\u00e7\u00e3o) que dependem de par\u00e2metros espec\u00edficos do laser, como n\u00famero e intensidade de pulsos.
