KG (\u201cSORG\u201d), representing the SORG-Group, for the realization of the Company\u2019s planned 1,000 tonne\u2011per\u2011day, antimony\u2011free solar glass manufacturing plant in Santa Maria Eterna, Belmonte, Bahia, Brazil.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The plant is expected to be Latin America\u2019s first dedicated solar glass manufacturing facility and will incorporate state\u2011of\u2011the\u2011art Western technologies and equipment to produce antimony\u2011free solar glass for next\u2011generation photovoltaic applications.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A binding formal contract between Homerun and SORG is expected to be signed following a successful Bankable Feasibility Study (\u201cBFS\u201d) and completion of project financing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Homerun and SORG intend to cooperate to obtain German bank export credit project financing for the SORG technology and equipment package, supported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iisd.org\/credit-enhancement-instruments\/institution\/euler-hermes-germany\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">E<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/www.allianz-trade.com\/en_global\/euler-hermes-is-now-allianz-trade.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">uler Hermes<\/a> export credit guarantees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>German export credit support will complement the previously announced BNDES and Finep commitments under a<a href=\"https:\/\/homerunresources.com\/pt\/homerun-resources-inc-receives-joint-support-plan-from-bndes-and-finep-indicating-financial-instruments-available-to-support-homeruns-business-plan\/\"> Joint Support Plan<\/a>, outlining the financial instruments available to advance Homerun\u2019s business plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vancouver, BC: Homerun Resources Inc. KG (\u201cSORG\u201d), for the realization of a 1,000 tonne per day&nbsp; solar glass manufacturing plant (the \u201cSolar Glass Project\u201d) in Santa Maria Eterna, municipality of Belmonte, Bahia, Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Homerun is confirming the appointment of SORG as the technology provider and supplier of the glass manufacturing and processing equipment for the Solar Glass Project. The Solar Glass Project will meet the latest state-of-the-art technology levels for solar glass manufacturing, including an electric boosting system for improving energy efficiency and carbon footprint reduction, as well as a production process that will deliver antimony-free solar glass. The intention of the parties is to complete the Solar Glass Project based on top-class Western technologies and equipment.<br><br>SORG previously provided Homerun with a competitive budgetary offer (<a href=\"https:\/\/homerunresources.com\/pt\/homerun-resources-inc-announces-receipt-of-a-competitive-budgetary-offer-for-latin-americas-first-dedicated-solar-glass-manufacturing-facility\/\">see news release<\/a>) for the solar glass manufacturing facility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Homerun\u2019s responsibility within the Solar Glass Project is to capitalize and complete the localized content, including permit planning, civil works, utilities and electric power supplies and the installation work as specified by SORG. A binding formal contract between the parties is expected to be signed based on a successful Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) and Project Financing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:25px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project Financing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Homerun and SORG intend to cooperate to obtain German bank export credit project financing for the SORG technology and equipment package, supported by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.allianz-trade.com\/en_global\/euler-hermes-is-now-allianz-trade.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Euler Hermes<\/a> export credit guarantees.<br><br>In parallel, with respect to the capitalization of the localized responsibility of Homerun, Banco Nacional de Desenvolvimento Econ\u00f4mico e Social (\u201cBNDES\u201d) has expressed interest in providing Brazilian government project financing (see <a href=\"https:\/\/homerunresources.com\/pt\/homerun-resources-inc-receives-joint-support-plan-from-bndes-and-finep-indicating-financial-instruments-available-to-support-homeruns-business-plan\/\">Comunicado de imprensa<\/a> dated <a href=\"https:\/\/homerunresources.com\/pt\/homerun-resources-inc-receives-joint-support-plan-from-bndes-and-finep-indicating-financial-instruments-available-to-support-homeruns-business-plan\/\">July 28th, 2025<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Homerun has contracted German-based engineering company DTEC, working in close cooperation with SORG, for the BFS, and all parties will cooperate to provide the necessary documentation for the completion of the project financing (see <a href=\"https:\/\/homerunresources.com\/pt\/homerun-resources-inc-engages-dtec-engineering-to-advance-bankable-feasibility-study-for-the-first-antimony-free-solar-glass-project-in-the-americas\/\">Comunicado de imprensa<\/a> dated Nov 13<sup>th<\/sup>, 2025).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Brian Leeners, CEO of Homerun stated, \u201cAnother month, another big Milestone for Homerun.
