(\u201cHomerun\u201d ou a \u201cEmpresa\u201d) (TSXV: HMR) (OTCQB: HMRFF)<\/strong> is pleased to announce the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding (\u201cMOU\u201d) with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cebrace.com.br\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Cebrace Cristal Plano Ltda<\/a>. (\u201cCebrace\u201d), Brazil\u2019s leading float glass manufacturer, to evaluate a strategic commercial partnership supporting the development of Homerun\u2019s Solar Glass Manufacturing Facility in Bahia, Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cebrace is a joint venture between <a href=\"https:\/\/www.saint-gobain.com\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Saint-Gobain<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nsg.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">NSG Group<\/a>, two of the world&#8217;s largest float glass manufacturers, and has been at the forefront of Brazil&#8217;s glass industry for more than four decades.<br><br>The MOU establishes an exclusive framework for both companies to jointly evaluate a potential commercial relationship whereby Cebrace would;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Supply solar module back glass to be integrated into Homerun\u2019s solar solutions<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide strategic advisory toward the development, implementation and operation of Homerun\u2019s proposed solar glass manufacturing facility in Brazil.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>The MOU contains customary confidentiality and exclusivity provisions while the parties complete their evaluations. Any commercial relationship remains subject to satisfactory due diligence and execution of definitive agreements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>THE ECONOMIC ASSESSMENT OF FRONT GLASS CAPACITY EXPANSION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Homerun\u2019s previously announced bankable feasibility study (<a href=\"https:\/\/homerunresources.com\/pt\/homerun-resources-inc-announces-positive-bankable-feasibility-study-on-solar-glass-manufacturing-plant-in-brazil-confirming-strong-economics-and-strategic-first-mover-position-in-the-americas\/\">see news release dated May 12, 2026<\/a>) contemplates a manufacturing configuration comprising two front glass production lines, one back glass production line and one hybrid production line. Should the evaluation process under this MOU result in definitive commercial agreements, Homerun would have the opportunity to reconfigure the solar glass manufacturing facility to three front glass production lines and one hybrid line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Front glass represents the highest-value and highest-margin product within the planned production from the solar glass manufacturing facility. Increasing front glass production capacity provides an opportunity to further enhance the already robust economics outlined in Homerun\u2019s Bankable Feasibility Study, with Cebrace supplying the back glass into the Homerun solar glass solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThis MOU represents much more than an obvious economically beneficial supply relationship.\u201d<\/em> &nbsp;said Brian Leeners, Chief Executive Officer of Homerun Resources. <em>\u201cIt is an opportunity to combine Homerun\u2019s unique high-purity silica resources with the decades of technical expertise, operating experience and industrial leadership of Brazil\u2019s largest float glass manufacturer.
