The Company's plan is to procure HPQ silica through company-owned resources, joint ventures and other collaborations, including open market purchases. The Company is currently in discussions with several additional current and future HPQ silica producers to build regional supply for the Company's global initiatives.

Brazil - High Purity Silica Sand

Homerun has executed a material supply agreement to purchase raw silica sand for $20.00 / tonne with grade averaging +99.8% SiO2 and very low levels of impurities.

Homerun has executed a confidentiality commitment with Companhia Baiana de Pesquisa Mineral (CBPM) with the intent to explore and develop additional HPQ silica resources controlled by CBPM in Belmonte, Bahia, Brazil, near the Port of Ilheus.
